Buddha was asked, “What have you gained from meditation?”
He replied, “Nothing! However. Let me tell you what I have lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old age and Death”
If you quarrel a lot or conflict with somebody, then try relating to them from the other side of your body and mind.
It gives the war side a rest, and lets you start fresh again with more respect for the other person through this less automated side of yourself.
